The self-activating gel contains Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil, Vitamin E, Grape Seed Oil and Natural Plant Essential Oil. These specially selected ingredients are used for their hydrating and conditioning properties, deeply penetrating rough, dry skin and locking in moisture. Elbows feel softer and more supple. 
CAUTION: 
Consult your doctor before wearing Gel Heel Socks, if you suffer from diabetes or poor circulation Do not wear Gel Heels Socks, on open wounds, or broken or abraded skin. Do not wear Gel Heels Socks if you have a skin condition such as psoriasis or eczema.

Inner lining: Thermoplastic Rubber Gel. 
Outer lining: Cotton/ Dacron, Spandex. 
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 
Gently hand wash in cold water line. Dry in shade. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. 
Replace after 40 Uses.
